By using the system,you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Affiliated Medical Services Laboratory may change this Agreement at any time, with or without advance notice, by posting the revised Agreement on the Site or otherwise making it available to you.
Information obtained within the site is CONFIDENTIAL and governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
